Welsh folklore is littered in tales, beliefs, and customs about dragons, witches, ghosts, mermaids, the Mari Lwyd, saints, magicians, and the tylwyth teg. This short course will look the history and development of Welsh folklore culture. The folklore of Wales have shaped perceptions about its origins and will look at the ways in which it has shaped Welsh identity.

/a COURSE DESCRIPTION The course is focused for students who want to acquire basic fluency in their ability to speak Spanish, in the typical situations that can occur on their holidays in a Spanish speaking country. ENTRY CRITERIA Some previous knowledge of Spanish would be desirable but not essential. DELIVERY The course will be delivered using different resources: videos, handouts, recordings, practical conversations, etc. ASSESSMENT No formal assessment. PROGRESSION The college offers different Spanish courses throughout the academic year at different campuses.
